Nike Plus Watch- This is one of the best Christmas presents I have ever gotten. This watch is not only cute but a great way to keep a running log. The black face is actually a USB that you plug into your computer and it documents your miles, time, pace and calories. This baby as gotten me through several training runs and a few marathons. Couldn’t live without it!

Nathan Handheld Water Bottle- This water bottle is so great for the gym because there is a zippered pocket that is perfect to hold your locker key, chap-stick, hair tie, money or even gum. This is also a good bottle to take with you on your long training runs. There is a removable band that you slip around your hand and is easy to run with. Also, easy to wash. At first I didn’t know if I was going to like running with a water bottle but this bad boy came in really handy for those 16+ long runs.

Asic Nimbus Running Shoe- I have tried a lot of different brands of running shoes- Addias, Nike and Saucony. I always come back to the Asic Nimbus. They are light weight, flexible and supportive. The Asic Nimbus supports my heal very well and I rarely get blisters. I bet I have own about 15 pairs of Asics over the last 8 years. I LOVE Them!

Nike Plus GPS Sports Watch- Move over Nike Sports Band watch. It’s time for an upgrade. This watch is extremely easy to use and records all my run on the watch and also uploads a journal to www.nikeplus.com. Great upgrade!

Lululemon- Run: Swiftly Tech Racerback- My all time favorite tank top. Perfect for hard workouts, long runs, lounging around, going shopping or laying at the beach. These tanks are very light weight, easy to wash and are made from an anti-stink fabric. They come in a variety of colors too!
