- Wednesday 4.11.12- 60 min No Limits Cardio class + 100 Push Ups. Class consisted of 10 stations. The first round we did all 10 stations for 90 seconds with a 20 second break. Then we did a 5 minute drill. Next we did all 10 stations again for 60 seconds with a 10 second break. We ended with a 5 minute drill. Awesome and Fun!

Tonight featured a lot of Tuck Jumps, Windmill Lungs and Free Style dancing. I was super shy about the free styling. I regret not jumping out of my comfort zone. I’ll be ready next time!
